What to bring: Plenty of water!

What to wear: You can wear anything you feel comfortable in, but be prepared to stretch and move - no jeans or skirts please! Trainers or comfortable shoes are a must and layers are a good idea to keep you warm as you stretch and cool down.

Facilities: The 1st floor studio is bright and spacious with a sprung wooden floor and floor to ceiling mirrors along the front of the studio. There are toilets on the ground floor and vending machines within the sports building where you can purchase water.

 

   

 

How to get there: The school has excellent parking facilities with several large open air car parks situated at the front and side of the sports hall.  Located in the centre of Cowley close to Templar's Square shopping centre, St. Gregory the Great School is very easy to find.

If you are traveling by bus (approx. 12 mins), both the Oxford Bus Company (bus number 5) and Stagecoach (bus number 1) offer services that stop opposite Shelley Road. You will then need to walk down Shelley Road and turn left on to Cricket Road where the school is located on the right.

If you are walking from town (approx. half an hour), go over Magdalen bridge and at The Plain (the roundabout at the end of St. Clements) take the second turning on to Cowley Road. Carry on walking straight until you see Shelley Road. Walk down this road, turn left into Cricket Road and then right into the school entrance. You will see the Sports Hall on your left, the dance studio is upstairs and to your left.
