Raw Diva runs two classes each week - Tuesday and Thursday
The Tuesday and Thursday classes run independently, so different routines are taught on each of these nights. This way you don't need to attend every lesson and you wont feel left behind - we know that women have busy lives, so come along when you can to whatever night suits you best. With Raw Diva there are no joining fees, no need to book and no dance experience is required. Just come along to classes as and when you like - you don't need to commit yourself to term dates!
The classes are all about enjoying yourself, having fun while keeping fit, gaining stamina, increasing muscle tone and more importantly learning great routines! The classes are designed with the intention of gradually changing your body and increasing your fitness levels so students are encouraged to work at their own pace to build stamina week upon week.
Raw Diva was created specifically with women in mind so the class combines 5 core elements:
1. Warm up - gentle stretches to prepare for class.
2. Cardio - To burn calories, increase stamina, raise the heart rate and warm the muscles.
3. Body conditioning - Exercises to sculpt and tone the body.
4. Choreography - Learning great routines to show off your moves!
5. Cool down - To cool down the muscles and relax the body and mind.
The aim of Raw Diva is to provide a fun way to achieve your personal goals - whether that's to learn to dance, lose weight, tone up, increase your fitness levels or a combination of all of these - we're here to help you get the most out of every class. Raw Diva runs two loyalty schemes; a loyalty card which when signed every week you come means that your 10th class is free and Recommend a Friend - when you introduce a friend who's never been to Raw Diva your class is FREE!
